The Vision
Effective Two Way Communications
During
my working career with Avon Products, I was fortunate to be named and to succeed
in many leadership positions. My leadership skills were developed, like all
things in life, over time, from experience and the willingness to constantly
learn and improve.
Today,
I would say the
keystone to successful leadership is the ability to establish a communication
style that always works two ways ........both receiving and sending. The
Computer Network illustrated above is symbolic of what we want this Web Site
to Accomplish.

The
Vision
The
Vision is developed in three distinct time frames and states what we will
accomplish in the next four years as one of the five members of the Sycamore
Community Schools Board of Education.

The
Campaign Time Frame: We will run a campaign of high integrity
that communicates what Ken Richter stands for and differentiate him from other
candidates without malice. It will be supportive of the Sycamore School District
and will make the District a better place at the end of the Campaign.

Four
Year Board Term : Ken Richter will engage all board work realizing he
is One of Five Members of the Board of Education. He will always be prepared
to listen to the community, communicate with the community and help shape
policies and decisions that Serve the Community and Its Children.

At
the End of his Public Service :
Ken Richter will have served and be proud of his work on the Board……….He
will say thanks to the Community for allowing him to serve. He will then
support a new candidate who shares his philosophy and ideas. He will work
to get her/him elected. The Sycamore School District will be a better place.
